For access to the Keller Williams Realty Boise Showing Agent Program, both lead agents and showing agents must first attend a Showing Agent Class. Please refer to the KW Connect Calendar for a schedule of upcoming classes.

Qualified Showing Agents must submit the following:

1. Proof of completion of Market Center Orientation

2. Proof of completion of Ignite*

3. Proof of completion of the Showing Agent Program class

4. Proof of completion of 4 forms classes*

Qualified Lead Agents must submit the following:

1. Proof of completion of the Showing Agent Program class

2. Proof of completion of 4 forms classes*

3. Leadership approval

Once approved as a showing agent, an agent will have to complete a profile including his or her DISC profile and submit a professional photo.

*Unless agent has closed 10 or more transactions. Must show a production report.
